Who we are
This website is operated by Guangzhou Gobilink Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., registered in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, company, country, business email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the content of your message. We do not require you to create an account.
Why we process it, and on what basis
We use your details solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation and, where relevant, arrange samples or shipment. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business request, and where a contract follows, performance of that contract.
Where your data is stored
Enquiry data submitted through this site is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database located in the European Union (Frankfurt, WEUR region), so the personal data you submit stays within the EU. We use Cloudflare's global network solely to deliver this site; the enquiry records themselves reside in the EU. Internal business records may be accessed by our team in China, in which case appropriate transfer safeguards are applied.
EU representative (GDPR Article 27)
As we are not established in the European Union, we have appointed a representative in the Union in accordance with Article 27 GDPR. Details will be published here once the appointment is finalised, and can also be requested at sales@gobilink.com.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from last contact, unless a business relationship begins, in which case they are retained for the duration of that relationship and the period required by applicable accounting and tax law.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers necessary to operate this site and respond to you (website hosting, email delivery), under data processing terms.
Cookies & analytics
We use strictly necessary browser storage to operate this site and to remember the items you add to your enquiry basket. This storage is set only after you interact with the site and is not used for tracking. We do not load any analytics or advertising scripts unless you accept them through the consent banner; you can change or withdraw consent at any time, and no statistics are collected before you accept.
Spam protection
Our enquiry forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-friendly challenge that distinguishes people from automated bots. When you submit a form, Turnstile processes a token to confirm you are a human; this is processed by Cloudflare on our behalf under data processing terms. No advertising profiling is involved.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to sales@gobilink.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
