Frequently asked questions

What is the MOQ? +

For standard models the minimum order quantity starts at 50–100 units depending on the device. We also ship single-unit samples so you can test integration before committing.

How long does delivery take? +

Standard configurations ship in 15–25 working days after order confirmation. OEM orders with custom branding or firmware typically take 30–45 days.

Which shipping terms do you support? +

EXW, FOB Guangzhou/Shenzhen and CIF to major European ports. For regular volume we can discuss DDP into EU warehouses.

Can you put our brand on the devices? +

Yes. OEM covers logo, enclosure colour, packaging, manuals and startup branding. ODM covers firmware behaviour and hardware modification, subject to volume.

Do you provide SDKs and documentation in English? +

Yes — the OpenAPI reference, SDKs (Java, Python, PHP, Node.js) and integration examples are available in English. Integration support is included during onboarding.

Which protocols do the devices use? +

HTTP REST and MQTT. Devices hold a single outbound TLS connection, so nothing needs inbound ports opened at the customer site.

Do the devices work if the internet goes down? +

Core local functions keep working — printers keep a buffer and print on reconnect, and the GL-B100 gateway runs local rules offline. Cloud-dependent features resume when the link returns.

Which certifications do you have? +

CE, FCC and RoHS as standard; ISO 9001 for the quality system. Additional market-specific approvals can be planned into production — tell us early.

Can we get samples before ordering? +

Yes. Sample units are shipped worldwide, usually within a week. The sample cost is credited against your first volume order.

How do you handle warranty and repairs? +

Twelve months as standard. RMA is tracked by serial number with agreed turnaround; advance replacement is available for key accounts.
